How do I access CIP Mobile?

Go to the Apple App Store or the Android App Store and search for CIP Mobile.

If you haven’t already got a website login you will need to register for access – either via our website or complete the form within the app.

Can I access the app from another country?

The CIP Mobile app is only available for download in New Zealand Apple and Android stores.

How much does the app cost?

The app is free to download.

What are the minimum specification required?

The minimum specifications for install are:

  • Apple: iPhone – 3, 4, 5 (iOS 5.1.1 to iOS 7.0.2), iPad – Original, iPad2, iPad3, iPad Mini
  • Android: Honeycomb – OS version 3.1 to Jellybean OS version 4.3.x

If unsure of your mobile device operating system, please consult your product manual. 

New User Registrations

As with our website, some functionality within our app is only available to Craigs Investment Partners clients. For more information on our services and how to become a client, please contact an Investment Adviser on 0800 272 442.

Client Registrations

If you haven’t already got a website login you will need to register for access. Your account will need to be configured before you will have access to research and your portfolio within the app. Until your account is configured and the correct Adviser details have been applied to your account. Please contact your Investment Adviser if you have any queries relating to your account.

How do I log in?

You can log in from the public homepage, the main menu, or by selecting a padlocked title displayed in the My Portfolio or Research homepages.

PIN numbers - how to create, change or delete

Set PIN: Your PIN can be created when you register for website access via the app, when you log into the app for the first time or it can be created at any time via Update PIN under Settings.

Update PIN: Your PIN can be updated at any time via Settings, click on Update PIN - you will need to know your current PIN number in order to access the update PIN function.

Forgot PIN?: Go to Settings, click on Update PIN then click on Forgot PIN? This will remove your PIN from the system, you will be requried to enter your username and password to complete this process. If you wish to use the PIN functionality again, you will need to create a new PIN (see Set PIN above).

Delete PIN: You can permanently delete your PIN by using the Forgot PIN function above or by contacting web help. If you wish to use the PIN functionality again, you will need to create a new PIN (see Set PIN above).

CIP Holdings Reports (Clients only)

If you haven’t already got a website login you will need to register for access. Your account will need to be configured before your reports will be available to view. If you have any queries please contact your Investment Adviser.
