  • Investment insights – quick access to our private wealth research and global market data, linked straight from your personalised dashboard.

  • Resources – easily manage your watchlist, subscriptions and report delivery preferences

 

Please note - the Client Portal and Craigs Mobile App can only be accessed by Craigs Investment Partners clients. If you are interested in becoming a client please contact an Investment Adviser.

How do I access the Client Portal?

You can visit the Client Portal directly by going to portal.craigsip.com or clicking the Login icon that is located at the top right of all pages of the Craigs Investment Partners website.

How do I login to the Client Portal for the first time?

The first time you access the new client portal you will need to reset your password. This is to ensure your login details are protected by our enhanced security measures.

  1. Reset your password by clicking on the Forgot Password? link on the portal login page.
  2. You will then be directed to the Forgot Password form. Enter your first name, last name, registered email address and select to receive an identity validation message either by email or text message.
  3. To confirm your identity - by email, click the validation link in your email from Craigs Investment Partners or by text message, enter the validation code from your text message on the portal website.
  4. Your new password needs to be comprised of a minimum of 8 characters, containing at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter and 1 digit.
  5. You will then be redirected to the login page to enter your username and new password.

How do I register for the Client Portal?

Please note – The client portal is only available to Craigs Investment Partners clients. Only register if you have not previously done so, otherwise click the Forgot Username? on the client homepage.

  1. To register click the Register now link at the bottom of the portal login page.
  2. You will then be directed to the Account Registration Form. Please ensure that you enter your full name and registered email address.
  3. Make a note of your unique 6 digit username.
  4. Enter and confirm your password. Your password needs to comprise of a minimum of 8 characters, containing at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter and 1 digit.
  5. Select to receive an identity validation message by email or text message.
  6. To confirm your identity - by email, click the validation link in your email from Craigs Investment Partners or by text message, enter the validation code from your text message on the portal website.
  7. You will then be redirected to the login page to enter your username and new password.

Forgotten your Username?

  1. Retrieve your username by clicking on the Forgot Username? link on the portal login page.
  2. Complete the form by entering your first name, last name and registered email address.
  3. You will then receive an email reminding you of your username.
