Scott Perkins is Deutsche Bank’s Head of Corporate Finance for Australia and New Zealand. This role has responsibility for mergers and acquisitions, client coverage, equity capital markets and loan products.

Scott is based in Sydney and is a member of the Asia Pacific Management Committee and the Australian and New Zealand Management Committees. Scott has over 20 years investment banking experience encompassing advice to major multinational Australian and New Zealand corporations regarding mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and capital raisings. As Head of Corporate Finance, Scott has played a key role in many of the firm’s landmark transactions.

Scott has a Bachelor of Law (Hons) and Commerce from Auckland University.
