An exciting opportunity has arisen for a front line Receptionist to join the friendly and busy team in our large central Auckland Office. Responsibilities include reception/front desk services, event support (e.g. catering/room bookings), office administration (e.g. word processing) and answering the main telephone line plus general housekeeping duties that go with a professional receptionist role.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous reception experience, a strong customer focus and a can do attitude. A high level of personal presentation along with a friendly manner is essential, as is the ability to multi task and remain professional at all times. Proficiency in Word and Excel and good administration experience is highly advantageous.
