Ian joined Craigs Investment Partners in 1999. He jointly managed the Whangarei Branch for 7 years, before establishing the Kerikeri Branch to extend services to clients in the Far North. He originally came to Northland in 1983 and has worked in the oil refining, corporate finance, business advisory, and investment industries. Ian is passionate about the capital markets and enjoys building client portfolios.

A sportsman, with a keen interest in sailing and golf, Ian enjoys the Northland lifestyle but has also travelled widely. Married, with three children and extended family in the region, he enjoys various activities with family and friends.

Ian has a keen interest in local business and community issues, having assisted with various organisations including the Northland Chamber of Commerce and Northland Business Development Trust.

Bruce joined Craigs Investment Partners in 2011 as an Investment Adviser. He has over 10 years experience in the financial markets industry, having worked in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Bruce is one of the few Investment Advisers in New Zealand to hold the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

The CFA Charter is awarded to a very small group of Investment Advisers who have demonstrated their mastery and expertise in applying their knowledge across a broad range of investment-related subjects. Investors globally recognise the CFA designation as the definitive standard for measuring competence and integrity in the fields of portfolio management and investment analysis.

Away from work Bruce enjoys rugby, skiing and sampling fine Scottish whisky with friends.
